WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Once your watch has been posted, we offer a 2 week return period where it is possible to return your watch if it is not as described. In order for a full return to be provided, the watch must be in the same condition it left us in, and be accompanied by everything it left us with. If these terms are not met, we may send the watch back to you or provide a partial refund. 

ARE YOUR WATCHES REAL?

Yes- every watch we sell is carefully inspected and authenticated by our team to ensure it meets our strict standards for quality, originality, and accuracy. we guarantee the authenticity of every timepiece we sell. 

WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?

If the Watch we Sell does not come with any manufacturer warranty, Our Warranty that we offer activates from the date of purchase and covers battery replacements, mechanical faults and other manufacturer defects on both quartz and automatic watches. We do not include wear and tear, water damage or accidental damage under this warranty. 

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP/ PHYSICAL LOCATION?

yes, we have a showroom based in Daventry, Northamptonshire where it is possible to have a 1-1 appointment to view any of our timpieces. To arrange a visit, please contact us in advance to book an appointment, as viewings are strictly appointment only to ensure a tailored and private experience. To ensure a secure and personalised experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask you provide photo ID when booking your showroom appointment.
